First time here? Set up the local helper

An orthomosaic is far too large to upload, so the heavy work runs on this laptop while the screens come from FPS. You install the helper once; after that you just double-click it.

Download the helper and unzip it anywhere (Desktop is fine). Download the helper
Double-click START-WINDOWS.bat (or start-mac-linux.sh on Mac).
The first run installs what it needs — a few minutes, once. Later runs start in seconds.
Leave that black window open and come back here. This page detects it automatically.

Needs Python 3.11+. If the window says Python is missing, install it from python.org and tick “Add python.exe to PATH”.

Give each parcel its Control_No so FPS can join it to the farm.

Cut a chip around every profiled pin inside this orthomosaic and send them to FPS. EWs download these to trace their own parcels — current-flight imagery instead of a years-old basemap.
